The Garden Wellness Club is a supportive community for women and families who want to feel more balanced, energized, and connected in everyday life. We offer simple, practical wellness experiences,  including yoga, sound baths, guided hikes, kids yoga, and online programs designed to fit into real schedules and support real life.

Our goal is to create a welcoming space where you can slow down, move your body, clear your mind, and connect with others who are also choosing a healthier, more mindful way of living.
